Six apparent guys walking down the street wearing the kind of Arab robes seen in movies, also headscarves.  Marching in front wearing nothing but a dog collar and a jockstrap was an apparent guy.  Halloween and Frat Beach Day mixing.

Your neighborhood sounds more interesting than mine. The most exciting thing we had was the swingers up the street in sexy costumes trying to recruit new members by handing out shots in their driveway while their kids ran around screaming.
