Red Eye Radio has finished themselves with me.  The pre-show prep is based off CNN headline news topics.  Problem is, the rest of late night radio is shit. Tried to retune into C2C...  It's so fucking awful. I heard an expert of something mangle the word "tinnitus" (a completely different word was used, I think).  GN snuck in a correction but, if you are relying on Genius George to correct you, well...  Too far gone.

I hate it when George starts to sound like Ian, which is happening more and more.  Tonight, in an even newer mimicry, George held his breath, tightened his stomach, and graveled a long sentence, sounding just like Ian when he runs on longer than he has breath for because he's so defensive he can't stop justifying or knowledge-signaling everything he says.  George!  Don't do it.  It sounds awful.  It's gross.

Gnoory has turned himself into a full-on COVID denier, it seems. He keeps insisting that lifting all social restrictions would be a good idea, and last night's guest helped him along by saying that the restrictions currently in force in California are "worse than the disease". They both utterly miss the point that if all restrictions were lifted the parking lots of hospitals across the nations would be clogged with dead and dying people in their cars. There certainly would not be any hospital bads available.

Gnoory also totally misinformed his audience about mRNA, saying that it enters your DNA permanently, making you a "GMO human". That's NOT TRUE. mRNA's task is to enter the cell and find a structure called a ribosome, which enables it to assemble amino acids in the correct order to make a protein. In general RNA cannot insert in DNA (the exception is the virus that causes AIDS).
