It appears that someone has filed a (apparent) copyright claim against our cloud provider that hosts the files. It should be stressed that these podcasts are released under a
Creative Commons license with attribution;
legal code. any clips of other peoples work are there own and are used under the “fair use†clause under both US and European law.
The intro and exit music is licensed under the same copyright as above via Magnatune.com which Dynamohum is a lifetime member to.
preshow music is under creative commons as well, (via freemusicarchive.org ) with attribution. attribution is sent as music is sent via mp3 tags, and the music is not recorded. we cannot be responsible if your client is refusing to or cannot display these tags. additionally i mention freemusicarchive.org before the show begins.
