No Hamm’s @GravitySucks  and no blue waters for me @Walks_At_Night . I am a beer snob. I grew up where everything had the aroma of malted barley and hops. Philly’s 3 HUGE breweries have been transformed in to condominiums for folks from NYC.  Small craft breweries are the new craze. These local breweries are so small -- the aroma of the MASHING in the air is gone.
I am guilty of attending GOAT RACES. I loved two goats 3 legged goats-PEGGY & Simon. Goat =Bock. I was a member of TEAM PEGGY.

@FISH my best friend and roommate the last 2 years in the Air Force was from the Pittsburgh area. One time we took a road trip from Omaha to Pittsburgh in my van to attend his sister’s wedding. First thing we did when we hit town was go pick up several cases of Iron City. Last thing we did before leaving town was go pick up 8 cases of Iron City to take back to Omaha. Never understood his liking for Iron City.

No good samaritan law in China. Helping an injured person is a great way to get your tail sued off.  Dog shoes aren't that uncommon either - for the same reason that Chinese remove their shoes before entering a house. All the spitting and pissing in the street.

From what I hear San Fran is more poop centric.  I've never seen anyone poop in the street in China but taking little Junior out to throw a whiz in the gutter is pretty common. Advantage PRC I guess?

My kind of guy.  People either love it or absolutely hate it.  After I moved to Virginia many years ago I'd come back to Pittsburgh every so often for a visit and before I came back I'd stop by the distributer then would fill my trunk with Iron City and I.C. Light.  6 to 8 cases each time.  I don't drink a lot of beer anymore but if I do it's "Ahrn" City.

The word 'bock' is German for 'billy goat' and this explains why brewers of bock beer the world over use the goat as a mascot on their various bock beer styles. Why not a Billy Goat race as you drink your bock beer @PolkaDot ?
