It'll take an hour to properly unbox and organize the parts on the gym floor. With most things that require assembly I find the picture of the item to be much more helpful than the directions that are littered with typo's and such.

I imagine due to the size of it that it will come in several different boxes.  That would be time consuming to unpack.  Hmmm.  Regardless you can have it done in an hour.  I'll give you an extra 30 minutes.  I expect results.

I don't think that Facebook hires alot of older employees [Who does in this business? I think I saw where IBM execs were calling them "Dinobabies, who need to go extinct"] and that is a shame. I've never wanted to work there but I think I do now. This Meta business has sold me:

@Walks_At_Night  Youtub suggested a strange video the other night about the 'Metaverse' Zuckerberg talking about the transition from being human to transitioning into the FB metaverse which is some sort of VR existence. Like I would being willing to transfer the essence of my being to the inner universe of a social media platform. Or windows for that matter.  Creepy weird mark of the yeast type stuff.  #Transhumanism

The angle versatility as well as the back support amongst other things. Also, if one is working out alone they have to be very careful as they do not have a spotter for safety and these allow you to lock the weight at any point in the range of motion. They are remarkable machines and mine is a combo - even better.  I love it!
