I eat healthier than him and I'm a blob.  He eats junk.  Weird stuff like the avocado thing, snack food all day, rarely cooks for himself unless it's pasta.  He should be 450 pounds.  Nope.  I think he sold his soul to the devil.

Real Estate in NC is just insane. Someone wants $700,000 for this joint and Zillow's AI says that it is 100 grand low.  Meanwhile in Michigan, $700,000 gets you a palace. 
It is an extreme example but the last year or so has been crazy. My place has probably almost doubled in value recently - would be nice to cash out but my employer states I can't live more than 50 miles from work. Anything in that radius is mongo overpriced, so what is the point.

Maybe it is time to pull the plug and move inna woods?  I wanna be Haxman

@Walks_At_Night For $700k here you could get a house on 60 acres. But you would have to forget about paying state income tax. I know someone that is selling a 2008 Mahindra 4x4 30hp tractor with front end loader, brush hog and box blade for $11.5. Less than 400 hours.  You can keep it at my place until you close on yours.

In California, those would be designated wetlands and you couldn't mow your lawn without a single day permit and a fire truck on site in case of fire.
