Real Estate in NC is just insane. Someone wants
$700,000 for this joint and Zillow's AI says that it is 100 grand low. Meanwhile in Michigan,
$700,000 gets you a palace.
It is an extreme example but the last year or so has been crazy. My place has probably almost doubled in value recently - would be nice to cash out but my employer states I can't live more than 50 miles from work. Anything in that radius is mongo overpriced, so what is the point.
Maybe it is time to pull the plug and move inna woods? I wanna be Haxman
