Is that a Q or a G or something else.  GT makes sense.

Are those the California throwback yellow lettering on black plates?  It was a sad day when they switched to yellow on blue, and then blue on white.  The new yellow on black don't quite look right though, too shiny and new since we've only seen the older scratched, bent, and faded ones on old cars for so long now.

The color is also off, it used to be a brownish black. Maybe like licorice with sunlight on it. Now, they're black. Part of that is for higher contrast as California license plates are now being designed for optical recognition. I saw a black and white California plate that appears to be a new custom design. They look really sharp on white Teslas.

Going back to the optical recognition stuff, plates no longer have a pattern that a human could easily remember (85C24T3 vs. 8ATE888). They are more jumbled, but it doesn't matter because a computer's reading it.

Eh, nevermind...

Are they sure that's not a political campaign ad?

I hadn't considered that.  I think that's right.  The new backgrounds do look ''blacker'', I put it down as fading.

The wings look cooked. Almost deep-fried and then sat under a heat lamp for a few hours at your local 7-Eleven.

Worst photoshop ever. EVER!

Agreed.  The last two seasons became so downright silly that you were forced to laugh just at how removed things became from all conceivable reality.   That episode was called, The Butter Shave. Seek out another episode called The Slicer for more of the same hilarity. It might be my favorite episode of all.

It is not a photoshop - it is art!!!!!!!!  You probably have to pay $14.95 to look at the thing.

Oh, yeah, another hilarious episode.  There were quite a number of them.  Pretty amazing for a show  “about nothing.”  :)

I like maps. I've often wondered about the Southern portion of Africa. Now I know
