It’s your ass now, your sack tomorrow. Bag Balm. Trust me, I lived in Boulder for a number of years. I’ve heard all the horror stories.

Yes. My lads have felt better. Next time I guess I rent one of those recumbents.

Bart should not be in charge of anyone’s balls. Noted.
There was a little girl,
            Who had a little curl,
Right in the middle of her forehead.
            When she was good,
            She was very good indeed,
But when she was bad she was horrid.

I am thinking of getting this gorgeous hoody from Ritual- who knew hoodies came in gorgeous? Anyway, not my question. I've not only fallen in love with the hoody but I've also fallen in love with this hair. It's like fire! I want it! My hair got pretty light in the Med BUT I'd still have to do some pretty intense maintenance to keep it up. Should I do it?

Blink twice if you are being held prisoner in 1979.

Interesting. You're asking a guy instead of any women. Post-feminist sensibilities . Not that it matters but my hairdresser, who happens to be a woman, says to add blonde in the summer and red in the winter for warmth. That is a gorgeous look by the way

Dear Bartrageous
We're in yet another Santa Ana here. Back in flip flops. And you know what that means. A pedicure for Thanksgiving! What color would you think would be Thanksgiving appropriate for my tootsies?

You will hate it at first but love it when it is done.
It is a yellow / brown creation that I just drew up for you to show to the Asian lady who will be doing it.

Well. If the Great Bart says so... Ok! I will let you know how it goes after I jump on the dessert table after way too much Beaujolais punch so everyone can have a good look

Bart,

I recently watched a docudrama called Into Thin Air: Death on Everest about a couple of groups that try to climb Mount Everest. Due a number of factors - avarice, stupidity, a NYC chick loading a Sherpa down with all kinds of useless crap and just plain bad luck a number of them get wiped out. A mailman goes down to due to altitude sickness, a guide wanders off a cliff, a Japanese lady freezes to death from the inside out. Some Pathologist dude is left for dead out in the snow and ice but says "Screw it. I ain't dying" and even though he is blind, he wanders down the mountain into camp and makes it - although they have to hack off half an arm, a bunch of fingers and his nose. It should be terrible, riveting stuff to watch. However the main character was played by the guy that played Shooter McGavin in Adam Sandler's film Happy Gilmore.  So the bottom line is that I just couldn't take the whole thing seriously. I kept expecting Bob Barker to pop out of a cave or something and start beating on people.

The question is this: Is this some sort of "Mandela Effect" or am I just a lost soul?

I didn't see the movie but I read the book. Maybe it was the way it was presented in the movie. But yes it was real and no Bob Barker schussing in to save the day

Not Bart
