Fun little back and forth guys. I always liked Ian and Peter Coyote always looked like he had more going on than your usual actor. Luckily I can catch it later without the commercials. You guys are the beer bar version of the Algonquin Club

(I hear the Thoth mask was awkward to wear.)

It's not that bad, except for when you drop something on your lap and look down.  It punishes my naughty bits.  Plus giving Seshat a smooch is difficult.

Ha!  It would have been something idiotic with Jorch.  Jorch wondering what his relationship was with coyotes, was his father possibly a were-coyote, did Peter believe in werewolves, Jorch pointing out he never had a pet coyote but he used to have a make believe dog in St. Louis.

Tip to Mr. Coyote.  If Noory ever invites you on, make last minute travel plans for Boston.

     Heh heh

Noory: Peter, I saw a rumor on the world wide web that you are the one responsible for imitating the Coyote on that
Mattel Speaking Spell  toy from way back in the 70s. Is that true? Kind of like an audiobook deal?

     (long pause)

Peter Coyote: I can verify I did not do the PIG.

You will like it.

One thing though. I cannot listen to Peter Coyote without the side effect of seeing Henry Fonda's face several times. I guess I'm recalling similar voice tones again and again?

For whatever reason, I just pictured you on an old episode of COPS. They have you handcuffed, walking you calmly to the cruiser while you are still in Thoth mask mode.  They were unsuccessful at removing the mask.

(Fuck it. Let the jailers do it.)

Suddenly, you start flailing, whipping your neck back and forth and side to side, beak dangerously arcing.

The many uses of masks.  Sometimes successful, sometimes not.

With all the photo recognition equipment out there, a more realistic mask might be worth it. Something else that might help do is discourage potential carjackers. If they glance over and see four faces in the car, that might be a quick deterrent.
Eh, nevermind...

Plus, it’s always fun explaining to friends and family why you have masks strapped to all your non-driver seats.  Just be sure to mumble “just don’t make me show you what’s in the back” at the end.

Can somebody fill me in on Ian's either first or second open lines call last night? We were getting break in weather reports and I missed most of it.  It had something to do with the caller seeing numerous men of similar height and description dressed identically and wearing cheap sunglasses. What was his story?

That was a caller in Los Angeles area telling about seeing lots of similar planes landing at LAX with mostly men (he said possibly Chinese) all wearing the same full PPE including face shields.
Ian wondered if it was for some kind of convention in town...
