When you are carrying under 400 users nightly, there aren't too many people who are serious in their business who would agree to stay up late at night (ET & CT zones) to push a book or project in front of a bunch of poor-assed people.
Most serious people in the business have agents or at least handlers (like wives, friends, associates) who do simple Google searches. If you had 2000 listeners, you might pick up a few book sales.
There is one practical reason to get on the show. As a practice for a long-form interview with someone like George Noory without ruining the freshness of the content for his show.
Add in her mental state, if she is calling around, I'm sure most people would not like the vibe.
