Hasn't happened for awhile now, but when it did it would just happen on almost any click on an item like "Home" or a forum thread. Might have fixed itself.

i had trouble with my caching server (yes i run one locally) so i changed dns to googles : 8.8.8.8 and/or 8.8.4.4
this bypassed the caching server and fixed my problems.

The issue isn't happening very often now, but I did get it just now after just trying to open a forum thread.

Got a page that listed this:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I thought I had been D-Conned, if you know what I mean, Ellgab was gone.  It said maintenance mode.

Did  you know that is the exact message I got before they nuked Bellgab?  I was scared, very, very, scared.

I also have those issues, on both Firefox and Chrome, but I have not had it happen so far on Opera, if you want to try that.
