The uniforms were unveiled right at the end of the 1994-95 season, the team's last in Quebec. The Nordiques were late getting approval from the NHL and had to delay the new look a year until 1996-97. That never happened of course and these uniforms were never worn in an NHL game.

They aren't bad. @FISH  But, I'm partial to the classics.  When I first saw these I immediately thought of something an ECHL team would wear.

The RED CHAIRS are from the Philadelphia Spectrum. Two times these chairs witnessed the Flyers Stanley Cup wins in 1973(74) & 1974(75).

The regular season begins!  Pens vs. Lightning and the Kraken vs. Golden Knights.

I expect the Pens to get the crap beat out of them.  My gut tells me they lose by 4 goals.  I expect the other game to be boring.  Probably because one team is an expansion one called the Kraken.    The other is in Vegas.
