@StarrMountain this is the exact scenario that could wipe out the east coast. Sure would do a lot to clean out the swamp. This 2017 article concentrates on the threat to Britain and Portugal/Spain, but I remember discussions of a 100’ tidal wave projected to hit the east coast of the US.

That was brought up on some of the videos with commentary.  So far, the word is that there is little chance of that happening right now.
