Well okay then. Here is another guy that has been de-oldified.  It's been said that he was the only survivor of his platoon, although he himself never claimed that. He was most definitely a United States Marine who saw action on Guadalcanal and developed a complication of malaria that is 90% fatal. He survived and went on to star in a popular TV show along with a great deal of voice work.

I never know how to answer these questions with “not” awkwardly placed.  If I say no, does that make a double negative meaning I did see it?  I failed to see the Adam’s apple as I do not study men’s necks.

I'm guessing Don Adams of Get Smart and Tennesee Tuxedo fame.  Some years ago, I used to have a poster of all the names of Marines who had gone Hollywood.
