I have seen that version and liked it @KSM    William Hurt is starting to crack up nicely in this version so I think it will be ok in the end.

I've gone to Netflix 5 times, maybe 6...

I cannot watch the Chris Rock special.  It stalls every time before the one minute mark. Other things play, even the CR trailer... Just not the special.

Argh!

Didn't even realize this version existed.  Thanks for the heads up, my family and I enjoyed the movie.

I have a friend named Riese.
Riese goes by They/them.
Riese has no idea that I am a crazed redneck right-winger.
None of that matters because Riese is a very nice person and we get along quite nicely. So much so that when I fly up to Canada this summer for a week, she Riese will housesit and take care of Vera for the duration of the vacation.
Riese is good people they/them.

The question is, would Riese treat you the same if knowledgeable about your personal beliefs?

Just password protect all your electronics that are left in the house, no conservative wallpapers or screensavers and clear the history on your smart TV so your viewing choices are not accessible...

Well, before anything I do take each person as an individual. Generalizations and preconceived notions will not help anybody at any time. I would like to think that she,  ::) Riese would be the same way.  That said, I will not open such a can of conversation simply because there is no reason to do so. (Ain't broke, don't fix it) Unless.. they/them wants to have such a dialogue.

Not worried about TV and computer stuff. Nor would I take my 'Make Canada Great Again' cap off the wall at the front door.

And as for my "beliefs", they are not that. They are absolute knowledge.
