Personal Favorite Art Bell Shows
« on: June 02, 2019, 08:42:08 AM »
which specific episodes did you enjoy and find yourself re listening to the most.

two that come to mind

Dreamland 6-18-1995 - John Rhodes, talking about reptilian human connection. So much fun. the LMH report at the start was the first bigfoot scream which was awesome. John talked about ancient civilizations, aliens and hit all the best of art bell type topics. His mention of the caves in the grand canyon (a personal favorite story of mine) was the best part. Underground bases and civilizations was another part of this interview.

11-19-1997- a packed show with whtiley, peter davenport and a bunch of witnesses from this town called Glenrock. They were retelling stories of UFOs and other strange things that happened in the town like a haunted inn and stones thrown at their houses. First heard it late at night (like most Art Bells) and the stories legitimately spooked me good.

Ghost to Ghosts are pretty solid but i cant for the life of me remember which good ghost stories go with which year.

I like the ones where he told us "it is the real deal, folks" referring to some wacko woo peddler.
Oh, that is almost all of them?
Yeah, that's my favorite.

Harlot the witch..... Also I have a memory of a show he did where a guy supposedly worked for an organization that killed pedos? Am I confusing the last one with something else, I probably would have been like 13 or 14 so my memory is hazy

The random open lines shows where a caller would get under Art's skin, usually something political. Or, sometimes you pick a random show and it turns out to be a gem that you haven't heard in a long time.

I do enjoy Father Martin shows during weekend breakfasts and black (like my men ;D) coffee.

If you have access to the classic Art show from March 12/01 (The Case For Nasa's UFO's) featuring David Sereda VS James Oberg, it's truly a classic gem. Pre 911 Those are the true classics.

I liked (so much I contacted her about Art's return with MitD) Tess Gerritson.  Bob Guccione and his wife about the successful cancer research stopped by the FDA, she died shortly afterward. Evelyn Paglini's first call and subsequent appearance as a guest.

And, of course, the obvious ones:
Area 51 pilot
Mel's hole (initial fax and subsequent calls)
Malachi Martin
Michio Kaku
Linda Moulton Howe
JC Webster III
ED Dames
Richard C. Hoagland
Mad Man Markum
+
Flying Cars guy (he's still in business the last I checked)

I'm sure something else will pop up.

Eh, nevermind...

The Hoagland "face in mars / Cydonia" always stood out. Art was ahead of his time utilizing internet and radio. So checking out the images on your slow dial up computer either the next or sneaking to the computer room during waiting 10 minutes for the sites images to load  :D are really everlasting memorise. Plus they always had good chemistry and I always laugh when Art gets Hoagie all flustered when Art doesn't see what RCH see's ;D
