Great post.

The most shocking things in the entire article were the following:

For an initial investment of $874, or just under $7,000 in today’s dollars

the CIA invested in the SRI, it spent at least $50,000, or $380,000 in today’s dollars,

Maybe I wasn't paying attention, but I don't remember the names of Price or Targ being mentioned on C2C. What about Ingo Swann? Was he a remote viewer guy? I'm forgetting now.
