To Summarize:

1. Spain's Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez has said: "All the necessary measures will be taken to ensure that this does not happen again."

2.  Sánchez had said Monday that a problem in the wider European grid, which he called a "strong oscillation," had been behind the outage, but that was never confirmed or expounded upon by the Spanish leader or the country's electricity providers, and officials subsequently asked people to refrain from speculation.

3.  REN, Portugal's national electricity grid operator, said Monday there had been a rare atmospheric phenomenon in Spain, which it pinned on extreme temperature variations, but that explanation was also never confirmed, and on Tuesday, Spain's meteorological agency said it had not detected any "unusual meteorological or atmospheric phenomena" or unexpectedly dramatic temperature fluctuations the previous day.

Also Spain announced just a couple of weeks ago that its 100% green energy.
And I see from ads on TV that Eva Longoria is running around Spain eating, drinking, frolliganting, and making a TV show.  I'm sure that eats a lot of energy.

Clyde Lewis did a show on this last night on Ground Zero and the theory was it was caused by an EMP!

So, now we know it was human error.  Clyde's rarely over the target.

There was a massive California power outage that was basically somebody at a switching station not doing things right.
