Title: 2020 Hurricane Season
Post by: Up All Night on July 23, 2020, 08:36:44 PM
On some of the streaming platforms is a free channel called "Earth Live!"

It has visible satellite view loops of entire regions, like the Pacific basin, the Atlantic Basin, the Gulf of Mexico/Texas, etc. sourced from NOAA.

I watch it on Roku.

That's pretty cool, I added it to my Roku.

Someone pointed out the source for the Earth Live! channel. It's https://www.star.nesdis.noaa.gov/GOES/index.php -- You just hover over the map, choose an area, then choose the Band and select loop.

Dr. Levi Cowan creates videos and blogs pertaining to tropical cyclones, primarily hurricanes in the Atlantic Ocean. Posts occasionally concern other, non-tropical weather events around the world. Levi has a Ph.D. in meteorology from Florida State University.

Really getting high tides here. Yard and pool is flooded and it hasn’t rained yet.

Might be some easily caught fish in there. Does the limit on reds apply to fish from your pool!

I hope you're safe and your place has little damage as possible.   +1 ;)

Your pool chemistry might be tad off.  Better check the pH.

Why not plant sponge instead of grass?
