The opening FRoll ' ' ' S-TES ' ' S-TES should be easy. the last fist of a F-Roll is a FCP. simply do FCP ' ' ' S-TES ' ' S-TES.
The S-TES ' ' STES ' 'D-TES you did on page 93, exercise 16 and page 139 exercise 9 (bottom of page - "Triple Triple") <Only 2 rebounds "
The D-TES ' SSP ' RDP Combo: The main difference is the combo leads with the left fist, so the left fist goes to the SSP, not the right. ( IF you had done the other two exercises on page 150 & 151 with the other fist leading, you would have already done this combo several times just as it is written..)
The end split fist RDP ' ' FSP ' ' RSP is simply the lead fist of a RDP coming to the front for a FSP. This should be easy if you can do exercise 9 & 10 on page 135, which is splitting the fists after a R-Roll. The last two punches of a R-Roll are a RDP. It is the same movement.
The RSP ' ' O-D4way.
2. Let's break this combination down down, step-by-step.
FDP ' SDP This would actually be a super advanced fist punching combination, with FOUR punches in the combo ( R-L ' L-R The fourth fist: :R is from the side and connects in a Side Single Punch SSSP) Position. ). Three punches hit from the front of the bag with one rebound in between., and the fourth would come in from the side.
It looks like this:
R-L ' L-R
FDP..SDP
Try doing the above combo with Three rebounds in-between. FDP ' ' ' SDP ( It is easier )
SDP ' OES is extremely difficult, if not impossible to do on ONE rebound. Think about the direction of the fists and the bag. The second fist of the SDP hits the side of the bag and will put the First Rebound on the wrong side of the board for the Elbow of that fist to hit after one rebound.
The combo would be:
L-R ' R-??
SDP ' OES
Try it with either two or four rebounds.
For those that know... Try this: (SDP) ' ' (O-TES)
or (S-TES) ' ' (S-TES)
...but this is assuming you already 'know' If equip - see what you can do with all the above.

To my surprise the swivel in this VR looks to be a, Ball-Hook Swivel. These best function for what is called "Bible Style" Baggin'. This allows or even invites the bagger to develop techniques of hitting the bag from all directions. Front - Side - and from behind as well with not only fists but elbows with many, many combinations. Hmm looks moderately fun Wife might like the fight part of it as she has nobody to spar with due to the covids. Let her beat up Roy Jones for awhile.
@Bart Ell Does that game give you the option to not wear gloves? Nobody would wear big gloves to hit a speed bag. We don't wear any and it's much more accurate strike that way albeit far more challenging for a beginner.

Just tried it and it only lets you switch to small gloves.
Has a bunch of stats like HIT STREAK and HIT PER SECOND
The boxing gets pretty intense, I am drained by the fifth round.
CREED is pretty good, too.

Just finished the new Hallmark Christmas movie Santa and the Strippers.

They make the product. They sell the product. They have no clue when it comes to hiring a 'Pro' to work WITH their product.
When he, the floor guy, removes the plank in this video he makes a crucial mistake. He stresses ALL adjacent seams/joints in the locking system by pulling up in such an aggressive way simply because he couldn't be bothered to get out the circular saw and cut the plank out properly! This guy uses a knife to SCORE or make shallow cuts that require such a violent pull (HE DOESN'T CUT ALL THE WAY THROUGH!) after all cutting is (in this case) half finished!!!
$18. and a ham sandwich says the surrounding vinyl planks begin to show problems at the seams within a year depending on traffic and other random happenings THAT WE MUST CONSIDER!
