Title: ATTENTION - EST now proper

It is now permissible to use the term "EST" - standing for Eastern Standard Time, as we are now on Eastern Standard Time. Previously we were on Eastern Daylight Time, or EDT. We will be on Eastern Standard Time (or Central, or Mountain, or Pacific) in the US until March 14, unless the government screws around with things again.
