With the Jeopardy Teacher's Tournament starting today, it will be two weeks before we will see how many more games James will win.

When earning money this way, there's not much he can do to significantly reduce the taxes.

Too bad the deduction for state income tax over a certain amount ($10k) went away, that was unhelpful for him.
Sure he's paying California taxes since it's won there... Poor guy 🙄

The Teacher's Tournaments are awful.  Dumbed down questions for not very good players.  And of course with Alex slobbering all over himself about how smart and wonderful our teachers are.

It was great when Alex asked Austin Rogers if he learned a lot of his Jeopardy knowledge in school, and Austin snickered and said no.  James was asked the same thing a week or two ago, and had about the same response.
