Do You Get The Flu Shot & What Do You Think About It?

Anybody ever use elderberry to treat flu? I've heard it's suppose to be better than the anti-viral drugs available.

elderberry extract does work. ive used it in the past, along with vit c and lots of water.
it should be noted that all parts of the elderberry plant except the berries are poisonous.

as far as the flu shot, i cant take it, as im allergic to something in the shot.

Seems to me that a lot of people take the mystery shot as a kind of, just in case kind of thinking. The majority of my friends, men and woman do not get the flu shot and as miraculous as it may sound, they don't get the flu. But what I find worrisome is the parents who don't take the shot but are sure to take their kids in for it?
