Getting the town ready for Heather's return 

All (or four) way stop signs really bring out the stupid in people.  A couple weeks back I came to one and there was a car to my left that got to the intersection first, so I let him proceed, but then a car directly behind him took off and went across as if he had been the first car to get there.  Actually the jerk probably knew better, he just didn't give a damn, so long as a cop wasn't around.

Some people just don't care. There are several new Roundabouts appearing in our area and people either don't know how to use them or outright ignore the yield signs.
