Douglas Dietrich has no clue about living an actual life.  He lives in the same apartment he inherited from his parents 30 years ago.  He has never had a CA Driver's license or driven, owned or maintained a vehicle. The fact that he has never left San Francisco, CA is proof that he is a disabled psychotic incapable of leaving on his own.

He has no credit history, cannot drive, will never move, own a home, or handle his own finances as most Americans do.  He is a 14-year-old child posing  as a 60-year-old "transvestite vampire."
