Absolutely no to electrical massages unless you're talking a 220 V. Coz you'll damn well deserve the damage it'll do should you be stupid enough to proceed with this madness.

Definitely thank the first gentlemen but doing so repeatedly at every door is not necessary. A simple nod or smile will suffice.

Dear Beetlejuice Small Head Lila
Good habit will help even out your head/neck to your body.  Healthy food, sleep and excise should be tried before you make an investment with electrical massages.
It is useless to express several "thank you" with several doors. Give the first "thank you" and then nod or smile with each door. Thank you for asking. ::)

Electrical massages will not help. You might end up with pimples or worse yet - blackheads.
One thank you will do.

Believe it or not, Mrs. Thompson gives the green light to Lila on trying out electrical massage.  Everyone missed that one.  As I have said on numerous occasions, Mrs. T. can be rather unpredictable at times.  The good news is that everyone got the going-through-a-door-with-a-thank-you question right, so good going.

Once again supporting my idea she’s getting kickbacks from the local pharmacy.

Mrs. T. may be a part time pharmacologist.

Mrs. T. sent away for an electro-therapy massage kit, and it hasn't arrived yet

Looks like that was not the only wacky things they did for beauty even in the 1920’s! This is a great article. LOL
