I have a friend that lives in Land O Lakes and takes his golf cart shopping. He has a tricked out 2006 vette that he never drives. And he never lets me drive it either. I have driven the golf cart.

He thought he was going to prison last summer. He teed off one day and croaked a sandhill crane by hitting it on the noggin.

I finally start getting back pay and new income and what happens? Political shit is hitting the fan and rocketing up red state real estate prices as Bidenflation has no brakes.

Areas I've looked at this past week:
Clarksville, Tennessee
Nashville
Vermilion, SD
Sioux Falls
Billings

Too many of the homes that are appealing (price and looks) to me are in this type of area... Apartments and airport...

I also have to wait until one of my kids makes a decision on law school. At some schools, the discount is a full 50%. 3 years of discounted Law School can make a home purchase cheaper than renting...

Not sure I could handle Texas - I like green stuff around. Green stuff is good. Wonder why there is a Groesbeck in Texas?  Groesbeck was Governor of Michigan whose name lives on in the East Side of the Detroit area - just ask @ponyboysunset
