@PolkaDot  They are "slobberer"s  Vera is too albeit to a much lesser degree. Sometimes it's like streams of foamy melted mozzarella cheese being strategically streaked around the house.  Weirdest thing though - she was never like that at the house we just sold. That I cannot figure. Did we sell the wrong place and she is protesting?

I'll send you some of her slobber if you like

@anniem  Well, her dad is a bullmastiff and mom is a St Bernard so slobber is normal but as far as living exclusively at this house now maybe you're on to something. I've no idea but in 10 years of having the "Big House" neither of us recall ever seeing her foam up out there. ..I mean 7 years as she was born in 13.  Oh well she seems happy.

Bingo!  So, yes, but only on the stairs but that could be the culprit. We have to keep carpet on stairs here for her. The other place where we spent 3 days a week had wood stairs but they were spiral and she wasn't scared of them at all. My guess is that spiral staircases don't seem as steep to her as a straight down.  Puppy perspective 

Vet thinks she'll live another 5-7 years so we'll deal with the slobber.

Have the stair carpets been cleaned since you moved there? Maybe a no res sort of cleaning would help.

There was that one show, that one time, about Chuck. He was a secret agent. He looked boring but had a cute girlfriend and they were secret agents. Most unboring Chuck ever. ooops that was a tell. 

Bart, I'm considering redecorating the main living room and possibly the master bedroom without telling the husband first. Good idea or bad?
