Can you believe I almost forgot today is the 77th anniversary of the Allied landing at Normandy? Over 10,000 Allied casualties

I'm guessing that you have a sharp eye for real estate. I know that I do not. What are your thoughts on this place?

Petosky is a fantastic place so the locale is good but Mrs. Walks says that it looks like a tool shed from the Home Depot.  She also had a bit of a problem with the $1192/Sq Foot part.
