I want to be a Legacy but I have a few questions please.

1) Can I claim Legacy on as many Legacyee's as I like?  Even if they're not aware of it?

2) Do my Legacyee's need to be dead before I can start claiming Legacy?

3) Do I have to have any of my Legacyee's talents or traits?

4) Is there any paperwork I need to fill out?
