Today we remember Fabian. He diedsuddenly from liver disease. He died so suddenly they did not have time to get him out of the hospital so he could die suddenly on the pitch where he was known to be since he was a young male athlete.

Fabian O’Neill (49), Juventus Football player with clubs in Uruguay and Italy. He died in hospital in Uruguay of liver disease.
