..or don't humor me.
As a trained interviewer/interrogator with over 30 years experience, I know the strengths and weaknesses of "reading" body language. It's far from an exact science, and is open to interpretation that can vary greatly among those "experts" doing the interview/interrogation. It's observation/opinion, not data/analysis, driven. So right off the bat, this is at best dubious.
But since you asked that I humor you, let's assume reading body language is accurate and repeatable....or is at least as accurate and repeatable as a polygraph. We know people can pass lie detector tests if they truly believe what they're saying. In this case, if a delusional Lazar really believes the things he says, he wouldn't be subconsciously transmitting those cues that body language "experts" rely on to detect deception. Same, btw, for pathological liars who exhibit no/minimal physical reactions/responses to lying. Pretty straightforward. So is Lazar a pathological liar or delusional? Don't know, I didn’t interview him. Even if I had, I'm less qualified to make a pysch eval than that YouTube shrink says he is based on watching a 20 minute interview he didn't conduct. Like Dr. G clearly states, he's giving an opinion, not an evaluation. Why? Because he can't.
That about as humorous as I can get.
