YotC and NBaH both stir my soul and bring those nights with Art Bell to heart and mind. Can there be a tie?

If there must be a tiebreaker, I have to go with NBaH because I didn't know that song until I heard it as bumper music.

I already loved Al Stewart. It was quite the honor to have consulted with Peter White, his guitarist, ultimately earning his trust and getting referrals from him. He played locally not too long ago and I was this far away from trying to get passes. Of course, with that comes to risk of being told he's forgotten about you. It's been 25 years...
Well.............................. it really should be YOTC.

We're pretty much good to wrap up the thread now unless you's want to debate what the absolute FAV bumpa' song is. That would no doubt be an exorcise in utter futility as I am surrounded by stubborness individuals.  Not you Rikki, you're a reasonable sort.

Haha, thanks, KSM.  This was a fun thread, especially how you had us 'count down' to our top pick.  I can honestly say that I liked all of Art's bumper music selections.  I can't recall any of them where I thought, "Oh no, not that piece of crap again." Anyway, you did good, my friend.

It has to be Seesaw but only with Ross Mitchell saying You're listening to Coast to Coast AM with Art Bell and then giving the phone numbers.

Montezuma is iconic, but, yes, Lunatic Fringe has a special meaning for me.

Cool.
One is somewhat inclined to ask what the "special meaning" might be about.

I did not request anything. I simply gave my opinion, but I cannot speak for you Bob. If you want to go with Montezuma, please do so. Either way, two great submissions IMO.
