Made these chicken drumsticks yesterday.   They turned out super well.  Worth trying - definitely beats the Colonel's 11 herbs and spices.

I shall do this. However I will use the air-fryer rather than the oven. My current method for chicken legs and thighs is wonderful and yet very simple with only 3 seasonings, so another method will be nice as well.

Never underestimate the power of ground ginger with equal parts S & P for chicken.

I do prefer gas heated ovens, but I do find myself going to the air fryer for convection baking, air frying which isn't really frying but kind of an elaborate convection oven thing and, of course, toasting...

So what if an air fryer creates more of a carbon footprint. Fuck the environment!

Pork roast dinners are among my 5 favorite desert island meals.

Now I gotta go buy a Dutch Oven. Ever give your wife a Dutch Oven? You know, as a Christmas gift or something.
