Max on the mound tonight. Going in with some trepidation.

Rough one to drop.  Bullpen is the Dodgers soft spot.  Onward and upward though!

Indeed. Regarding last nights game the Dodgers didn't beat the JAYs, Otani beat the Jays. Their Asian pitcher and their Asian homerun hitter are killers.

Nice win for the Jays last night.  Would have been easy to fold after that 18 inning nightmare.  Keep the momentum going tonight.

Okay- real question: are these current baseball cards? Cuz they look old? Is it stylistic?

I have no idea why I care but it’s bugging the shit out of me.
There was a little girl,
            Who had a little curl,
Right in the middle of her forehead.
            When she was good,
            She was very good indeed,
But when she was bad she was horrid.

Oh no.  They are elderly.  They are from the original Blue Jays team in the late 70's when the team was first formed.

* Of course it is great to see you back, Dot!

Game 6 Halloween night and one (this one) wonders if the Jays will go dressed as Dodger Killers.

'Game 6 will be a rematch of Game 2 starting pitchers.

The Dodgers will turn to right-hander Yoshinobu Yamamoto (12-8, 2.49 ERA, 0.99 WHIP, 201 strikeouts), who delivered a Game 2 gem in Toronto by going the distance to help LA even the series at 1-1. He gave up four hits in the first World Series complete game since 2015.

The Blue Jays will turn to Kevin Gausman (10-11, 3.59 ERA, 1.06 WHIP, 189 strikeouts), who yielded three runs through 6 2/3 innings in Game 2.
'

Dods Yoshinobu Yamamoto is a real ace so J' hitters better git on 'em fast////

If its close, watch for the horrible balls and strikes call to end a Jays rally or prolong a Dodgers one.

Wow.  Looks like the Blue Jays are going to give the ball to 75 year old Mad Max tonight.  Maybe the Dodgers counter with 65 year old, Clayton Kershaw?
