There’s an h mart by me they have like 50 different kinds lol

I did a project for a Korean owned company here, they told me there were something like 300 different kinds plus every housewife has her own recipe.  Lots of salt, cabbage, peppers, fermentation period - sometimes involving burying it in the backyard for a while... try one with octopus, or whichever one looks the least lethal, lol.

They have everything from giant clear plastic barrels of it to fancy cut up at the counter and arranged like it's candy, I'm going to try for one that is more just cabbage and peppers and maybe gochujang for a kick, it needs to be spicy

A few years ago a hospital in Plano, Texas was trying to hire Bairyn so they flew us there to give us the tour.
The woman who was showing us houses took us for lunch and told us we must try the green bean casserole.
It was the year of our Lord 2022.
