I ate like shit today!
Breakfast; grilled ham and cheese W/ egg sandwich, gravy on the fries at a truckstop. It was fucking marvelous!!
Lunch; huge double cut pork chop at home. I truly make the best pork chops in the world. And beyond.
Dinner; post workout shake (leg day) consisting of 2 cups milk, one raw egg (just like Rocky) frozen blueberries, a banana, and two scoops protein powder. And a can of tuna with a pizza pop and left over Chinese food crap.
Oh wait, I still have a lot of left over Halloween candy...……. Thank Good God it's Christmas! #NoGuilt
