I’ve been to DC dozens of times and never knew about the clock tower observation deck. I went up there today. It is the 3rd tallest structure in DC and has a 360 degree view of the Capital. It’s not run by Trump. That part of it is operated by the National Parks Service.  Only 25 people are allowed up there at a time.  It was cool.
