If you visited me? Yeah we could have a tuna melt  ::) Guess I have to watch that video now?

I know. It actually sounds sickening to think about it. I'm doing a sushi platter tomorrow and this will be on my mind. Sashimi and cheese.. graaghhck

They do try though.  In Western China the Muslims made lumps of cheese from sheep milk.  Not exactly sliced for sandwiches.  Which was fine because there wasn't any bread either.   (This was all a long time ago).  in Tibet it was yak, in India it was water buffalo, in Mongolia horse.  They were all a little rough, no one would confuse them with European cheeses at all (although the Europeans do make cheeses from mare's milk, etc, too).

It's been a long way from growing up in Eastern Washington State, where the cheese was either Velveeta or those nasty orange blocks of cheddar from Safeway.  I thought I didn't like cheese until I moved to Berkeley and a friend brought cheeses home from her job at The Cheese Board to try.  What an eye opener.

Cheeses..

You mention the orange blocks of cheddar from Safeway, if it's the same long block of slices I'm thinking about? I loved that stuff! The slices were firm and not a flimsy-film-like plastic type of substance like the individually wrapped Kraft singles.

Mmmm. It melted so nicely in a grilled cheese and had a great flavor too. Even if it was mass produced crap I loved it - sort of like the love for Franco-American Mac n' Cheese in that old can that I never see anymore. Wonderful shit it was.

Took this online psycho test and learned I am only "Mildly Disturbed".  What the stink is that?

Only a "possible presence of neuropsychiatric problems or thought disorders."

Dammit man, I'm mad as a bloody hatter.

I, too, am only mildly disturbed with possibly paranoia.  Clearly this test is rigged.

Am I alone in thinking that the categories should read left to right, meaning that Healthy And Well-Balanced should be on the other side? Doesn't seem right.  OCD perhaps.

Am I subconsciously politicizing this with Right & Left categories?

Should be considered..

However it seems a bit undercut by this lovely statement:

[ You are not allowed to view attachments ]
One of us can’t make up our minds.
There was a little girl,
            Who had a little curl,
Right in the middle of her forehead.
            When she was good,
            She was very good indeed,
But when she was bad she was horrid.

This just made me realize that a few days ago the Spousal Unit said in the middle of the night I screamed and sat straight up in bed, then laid right back down and went immediately back to sleep. 🤷🏻‍♀️ i have NO memory of it at all.

Spousal Unit said he shrugged, turned over and went back to sleep.

I’m thinking of getting some new ear piercings- there's just something about all of that sparkle that’s calling my name.

I finally did it! I’m pretty stoked. I’m now the proud owner of three new holes filled with white gold and amethyst on my left ear.
