Miller - keep hitting the gym. Work on your diet little by little, eating better and you'll be amazed at what can happen in a month. It will drive you to keep at it. If you need help on the nutritional stuff, you can always pm me.

On the + side you made it, you did hike some serious miles (not 25 btw) and the scenery was awesome, so thanks for taking us along Miller. :)
