I think that MV is over Art,... over talking about him and the remnants of his legacy, and is ready to move on and doesn't want to have to spend any time administering the forum.  I'm sad he didn't offer it to some of the regulars at a fairer price, however.  $20,000 seems steep to me.

As I've learned over the years just with art sales and all that, it's steep until somebody pays it, at which point it becomes exactly what it's worth.

Now that is a conspiracy theory that would be fun to explore. Were we all an experiment MV was hosting, even if it was on behalf of and backed by different people? Will the BG product be a white paper about group dynamics and leadership in an unregulated forum that interconnected with multiple media platforms? (i.e. 4chan, youtube (falkie, LNM), facebook, twitter, and numerous radio shows related and not related to the site proper.
