UPDATE: The crack the egg on the counter guy, he’s on fucking crack! It took 4 eggs to scramble two.

But you are safe! You don't get all that awful chicken bacteria into the egg.  How the bacteria survives frying, I don't know, but the PBS cooks are mighty afraid of it.  Then they eat their eggs almost raw.

It helps if you actually have a dominant hand. And hand/eye coordination.

Huh, just use the edge of the pan you're doing your eggs in.

BTW throw a can of sardines in the warm pan with those eggs. Let's keep it high protein!

They must be the same ones that say don’t wash off raw meat in the sink.

I’ll kick your ass in Pac-Man and GTA and will throw a heater straight down the center! Besides, every man has a dominant hand by age 13.

That’s what I’ve been doing all these years. Then PBS crackheads tell me I’ve been doing it all wrong.

Baaaah. That little bit of bacteria is good for you.
It builds your immune system.    ;)
I'd be more worried about salmonella from imported lettuce.

Oh, and with farm fresh eggs (people that raise their own chickens,) don't wash the shells.
If you do, it removes the coating (hen ass-juice...  errrr - the "bloom") that prevents oxygen from getting into the egg, making it spoil.

Always there to kick a guy when he's down. Man, it's breakfast and he's gotta eat.

Now.. if @BartEllProducer was a speed bagger his reaction time would be through the roof and he would've caught those eggs like Spiderman.

Speaking of kicking a man, did you ever finish up your big flooring contract?

Yes, or else I would have had to cancel my New Jersey trip. We finished six business days ahead of schedule/deadline. Cookie cutter layouts = groove = make good time = Everybody Happy :)

Wouldn't do it again. The offers will come, but, nope.

...of course I say that now..

Good for you. I hope you treated your crew well when they finished up early.

I would like to think I did :-\ Took them and their gals out for a great dinner with no limitations on the evening, transportation to and from. Topped it off with an envelope of tax free appreciation.  Next year it will be a high quality pots n pans appreciation party.

..they seem happy, but now you have me worried ;) How much is enough for something like that :-\
