Brian Donlevy plays Steve Mitchel, the guy who goes out on the dangerous assignments.  This was the very first episode of Dangerous Assignment.  (They could have had him doing easy assignments but then it would have to be called Safe Assignment.)

Interesting.  Any time a crime is committed in Sicily I too am accused, and I've never been there.  It's uncanny!
