The funny thing is she thinks some elderly woman who lives in a trailer in fucksville USA posting digs to me is going to faze me in any way? Get a grip dear. Like I said on WadeGab she is a joke and we only post her shit on here because it is so funny.

Wait, what? Where is fucksville USA ? I believe I would like to visit.

Can someone provide the Reader’s Digest version of who Amy is and why she is of significance? (I’m late to the party).

@Bluejay

I'll try. Amy is a very bright person who did the news for MitD after Leo, the original news presenter, parted ways. Amy also started her own live radio show on deeptalkradio.com She is still listed there but hasn't done a show for a long time.
If you listen to some of the older MitD shows you can hear her. Her delivery on MitD was different than it was on her own show. She is much more STEM oriented than HW and can hold her own with that type of sciencey interview.
She was also rebroadcasting, albeit for a short time, on DMDN.

16 pages since I last was here. Gets overwhelming on a daily basis.  It would be ok if I didn't feel it was necessary to stop and comment on every other post. But I have developed a system. I go to members list. Pick out 1 or 2 of my favorite members and just read their posts. With posts, quotes and replies I can get a pretty good picture of the latest happenings and don't feel so lost in the weeds

TL's helpful hint of the day. Not as good as @Laurakinch on how she keeps @yorkshire pud clean. But best I have to offer

I like reading all the posts, I think in some ways I am lucky as it’s generally me and Spookcat around early mornings, so I can catch up and then add my 2p’s worth and then by late afternoon I can dip back in and some of your lovelies are up and dipping in. It’s possibly the only good thing about this time zone. By the time I am back from walking the dogs after work you are all in full swing and I can sit and post while half watching the telly.

Give pees a chance.

Legal problems are nothing like a pissed off Filipina as a neighbor and a radio station owner as that Filipina's Ally.
Especially when that Filipina's husband is the man you are publicly grieving and carrying on about as if he left only YOU by dying...

Never tried to google the acronyms. Good tip for the future. With so many pages, a person can get lost and needs help.

Me too. I am not fluent in internet shorthand. (BTW, I hate LOL).

I'm watching a lot of British mysteries series. Currently on Vera. Foyle's War was a good one.

Oh, aye! They probably both carry butterfly knives. I've heard that Filipinas are quite adept at them so some of my shipmates told me.
