Yeah, looks normal and just caught in a bad photo, like the paparazzi like to do with politicians or stars- catch them when their eating or something. Taken in a single frame it looks bad, odd, or etc but normal. And if you ever run into a movie star in real life often you are shocked how bad they can look without the makeup, CGI corrections, airbrushes, camera angles, lifted shoes, etc.

The reason for "no photos" is from some other source: mental or legal or some weird spiritual deal.

Has she yet claimed Native American ancestry? Don't some tribes avoid being photographed? I know some cultures do, they are worried the photo can trap the soul.
