One of my good duck hunting buddies bought an electronic caller because another friend wanted his pecan orchard protected from the crows.

Everyone would get together on the Saturday after Thanksgiving for a huge bachelor fest of every kind of game imaginable. That year we were treated to a bunch of “dove” breasts that turned out to be crow.

I don’t think I have eaten either ever since.

Not sure why the who of the call is such a big deal. She was becoming unhinged, she is on meds and not stable. She needed to be checked on. Perhaps it was the nutball who sent her a rifle. Who knows what else she has been sent.

The thing that gets me is she talks about all this stuff openly, on her show and on FB, when she really should be keeping some things private if she had any sense (which it seems she does not... not much, anyway). What is the phrase... loose lips sink ships? Anyway, you get my meaning.

I'd like the local police to be aware in case they have to go back there.  Think of it, a paranoid person on meds with loaded weapons.

You're right, the police should be made aware of this. Make it a matter of record. They did break the law too. I wonder if they're obligated to knock on Heather's door if someone files a report.

After she called him a vulture he fired back.  After that not a peep out of him about any of this.

Is that really all it takes to scare him off?

I speculate that he is not scared, he is just disgusted with her and has washed his hands of having anything to do with her. He might be interested in any relevant information regarding Art, but I think he is professional enough to not want to dirty his hands by having any unnecessary contact with HW.

He's well known, well respected, and is smart to have nothing to do with her. Imho.
