Maybe they can see her logging into her administrative tools. It's a delicate balance... She could and maybe you should change all her passwords so nobody can sabotage the site because her code ninjas are not getting paid, I'm sure. But, if she changes the passwords, she may not remember them. Crack is whack.
I have been in a sinking company (oops originally made that plural) and I can say this, once you are advising on how to get refunds or even chargebacks, there ain't no return trip to that employer. Because those dollars that are going back to the customer were supposed to be going into your paycheck, so there is no doubt that that was a serious decision probably by a mostly ethical person who doesn't understand music licenses.
