Just had to call the cops on a domestic violence incident next door. Took the cops 40 minutes and the woman refused to say anything happened. The cops said the inside of the place was destroyed but they couldn’t see any marks on her and she refused to say anything happened. I heard her hit the wall and floor three times and scream for help.  Damn.  I hate this crap.

here is what you say. "i have a gun , ill handle this" and hang up. cops will be there in less than 2 minutes.
