Can someone please remind me again why Michael T Vara is waging war against MV, Keith, and Dave?  What is the issue behind all this?

I can't tell if you are teasing, but here goes.

1.  MV called Vara an amature over 2 years ago while discussing with Art why LNM imploded on DMN.  Vara popped on Keith, Art, MV and mostly Hogie

2.  Heater's Drama queen run onto LNM

3.  Several twitter accounts have been poking fun at LNM for the last few months.

4.  A DDOS attack (which I think was a heater fan trying to help with ratings)

5.  Bart getting KNYE radio

6.  Everything is Keith fault (somehow he managed to get into the shack and cut her internet cable).

7.  Vara had to take a cold shower after thinking bellgab was gone and ellgab appeared.

8.  Tim has been friendly to Bart (the friend of my enemy is my enemy)

9.  Pure jealousy on Dave

I think he's pissed because she's more overhead and less money than he hoped. He has to blame someone and he's not smart enough to blame himself for his bad decisions.

As they say in poker, he's going "all in"

And he doesn't have the cards.

Depending on the policy one's home owners insurance could pay out a defamation claim if you have that coverage.  So even if the person is "judgment proof" (not enough assets to be worth going after) the insurance companies have deep pockets and so might still be worth it or get some settlement. 


This should not be considered legal advice and I'm not commenting on any particular situation.  Especially since it has gotten so complicated and bizarre I'm not sure what is happening, who is who, etc. I'm only playing a lawyer on Ellgab.
