Ha. It would seem the aliens have experienced some devolution in their technology as they could implant small devices with no wiring into people. Or maybe Dr.Leir was the alien and he was actually implanting the chips and now that he has passed they had to revert to wires?

She definitely looks fine here. It's bizarre that she only allows that one picture to be used. Honestly, seeing her with a real smile is more appealing than the tight-lipped expression in her other photo.

That said, her clothing totally surprises me. I expected more of a Stevie Nicks vibe. This is a little ... country? Not what I expected. (No shame on a plaid shirt - I just pictured her in something more dark/dramatic. I think I am witch profiling. I'll stop now. )
